It is a luxury villa with two bedrooms with double beds, each of which has its own bathroom and kitchen.

The house is built right into the rock behind, but has been refurbished to blend this strange morphology with a “class” setting. There are lights built into the walls throughout the house, and modern amenities have been customized to offer a tranquil and modern environment. The house has two large master bedrooms. One bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the other has designed furniture. Their two bathrooms are spacious, one decorated with Santorini stone, and the other designed in black volcano like surrounding, with the sun coming in through the roof. The third bathroom is a guest bathroom, but fully equipped with shower and amenities. Each of the two bedrooms have autonomy. Two kitchens exist as well. One kitchen is less equipped – and adjacent to one bedroom – and the other is fully set and situated in the dining / living room area of the house. The larger kitchen is complete with two burners, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, coffee makers, a boiler and a complete set of pans and silverware for use. The smaller kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, cups and glasses but no burners.
You can have your own, personal space and time in your room, but also share space and time with friends or family at your will!
To take this concept further, two Jacuzzis have been built in. One is on the roof allowing the whole of the island and the caldera to unfold before you, and the other two are on the ground floor with a similar view. A small flight of stairs takes you from the ground floor to the roof – access is both from inside as well as from the outside. The roof top is equipped with a large shaded round sunbed with its own side table, an outside dining table for 6 people with chairs as well as a smaller built in table on the side to have a cup of coffee or a drink. The outside dining area is frequently used by our guests on planned evenings to have dinner prepared by a private chef. All outside ground and roof areas are private to your group. Sunbathing spots are around the lower Jacuzzi as well, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink savoring the view.

Imerovigli - Santorini
Imerovigli is know mostly for it’s landascape, defined “The Aegean Balcony”, situated on the central part of the Caldera, offering one of the best views on the island. The area is full of small stores and restaurants during the main season (April to October) and is more peaceful in the low season (November – March). A 20 minute drive or 2 hours of trekking to the west can take you to the beautiful village of Oia where people gather in the evening to watch the sunset, dine or walk through the multitude of stores. A 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the East will take you to Fira, the place to be for bars, clubs, action, and shopping, as well as different choices of food ranging from the most sophisticated chefs to the more traditional taverns. Half way between Imerovigli and Fira you will go through Firostefani, where you will find more choices of restaurants and local stores. The Airport as well as the black beaches of Santorini are a 20-30 minute drive to the other side of the island, and the port is about 20 minutes away.
