The first and largest outdoor area is located adjacent to the house. It is the ideal place to spend both day and evening, enjoying the sun on comfortable sunbeds or relaxing in the shade at the outdoor table, surrounded by breathtaking views.

Cliffside Veranda – Front-Row View of the Caldera
Traditional Santorini home provides a perfect backdrop for relaxation.
The second outdoor space is a veranda located directly on the cliff, just across the path outside the house. It features sunbeds, a private table, and a sun umbrella, offering a truly privileged vantage point over the sea and the volcanic landscape.
Panoramic Upper Sun Deck – Total Serenity & Nature
The third outdoor area, recently created, is positioned at the top of the house, just a few steps above the main terrace. Here, two comfortable sunbeds invite you to unwind while feeling completely connected to nature and the serene atmosphere of the location.
Whatever time of day you choose to spend outdoors, you will enjoy one of the closest and most immersive views of the sea and the Santorini volcano available on the island.

The house is perfectly suited for families or for couples who appreciate generous living spaces and a refined, relaxed layout.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas
One bedroom offers absolute privacy and includes its own private bathroom.
Additional sleeping areas are integrated into the expansive living room, featuring two single beds on one side and an elevated double bed.
A built-in sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate one or two additional guests.
Bathrooms & Climate Comfort
A second full bathroom is conveniently located within the house.
Hot and cold air-conditioning is available throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature in every season.
Fully Equipped Living Room & Kitchen Area
The living room and kitchen are seamlessly blended into one open space, designed for comfort and functionality.
Kitchen Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:
- Two-burner cooktop
- Microwave oven
- Coffee makers (American, Espresso, and instant)
- Electric kettle
- A selection of cookware and pans
Living Area for Relaxing Evenings
The main living room features a television and a large comfortable couch, ideal for relaxing evenings indoors when temperatures are warmer outside.
The third is an area we recently created, where we have placed two comfortable sunbeds at the top of the house, up a few steps from the outside of the house, where you will feel that you are one with the nature and the serenity of the location.
Whatever time you decide to spend there, it will be as close to the sea and the volcano of Santorini as you can get!
The Chest House – Traditional Santorini Home is best for families, or for a couple who do not mind having ample space.
One bedroom has absolute privacy, with its private bathroom as well. The other sleeping areas are common with two single beds on one side of the huge living room and an elevated double bed.
There is also a built-in Sofa in the living room where one or two additional people can sleep with comfort.
A second full bathroom is on the one side for your convenience. Hot and Cold air-conditioning is available throughout, and keeps the house at the right temperature all year round! The living room and kitchen are blended together.
On one side, there is a kitchen complete with two burners, a microwave oven, coffee makers (American, Espresso or instant), a boiler and various pans for use.
The main living room area is setup with a TV, and a large couch to enjoy an evening when the weather is not as hot.
